Vaishali Hollands - VP, Retail Product & Support at Meridian Credit Union
Vaishali Mohan-Hollands is Vice President, Retail Product & Support and Meridian Credit Union, a banking transformation executive who builds high‑performing product and operations organizations that deliver measurable results. In her year at Meridian, they experienced the highest profitability in over 5 years, and surpassed net lending growth goals. Prior to her role at Meridian Credit Union, she led Retail Lending Transformation at EQ Bank. Her programs produced 65% cost efficiencies in funding, automated loan renewal agreements, and delivered EQ Bank’s highest renewal rates in a decade. She is known for data‑driven customer segmentation, recognition systems that focus teams on outcomes, and engagement lifts (71% to 80% in six months). Previously at Manulife, she served as Head of Digital Delivery/Chief Product Owner and later led Global Wealth & Asset Management Operations Excellence, achieving a 98% straight‑through processing rate and a sustained engagement rise from 40% to 75%. Vaishali holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and a BCom from the University of Alberta.
Rummy Chaudhary - Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis at The Fertility Partners
Rummy Chaudhary is the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at The Fertility Partners. A CPA and Honours BBA (Finance) graduate from Wilfrid Laurier University, she brings over a decade of experience across FP&A, corporate accounting, and finance transformation. Rummy spent eight years at Loblaw starting with a finance rotational program, gaining broad exposure across supply chain finance, business transformation, and loyalty finance, before joining Dentalcorp, where she advanced from Senior Manager to Senior Director of FP&A and Corporate Accounting. Passionate about financial planning and strategic decision-making, Rummy enjoys building high-impact finance organizations. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, volunteering, staying active, and spending time with family.
Jaspal Erskine - Strategic Programs Executive
Jaspal is a PMP-certified program leader and AI workflow expert with 20+ years driving results in various industries. Jaspal’s background includes senior leadership roles, where she led large-scale sales strategy, enablement, and revenue assurance programs, as well as consulting engagements supporting government, public sector, and private organizations. Today, she partners with executives and teams to navigate complexity, improve execution, and adopt AI in ways that create real operational impact. Jaspal enjoys mentoring and supporting women and is a lifelong, deeply curious learner.

Laadliyan is committed to hosting an inclusive and accessible event for everyone. When registering, please mention if you require any accommodations.
- Is parking available at the venue?
Yes, there is free underground parking after 6:00pm at Brampton City Hall on George Street.
- Is there a dress code?
There is no strict dress code enforced. We always encourage everyone to wear whatever makes you feel your best. That said, Laadlis do love to dress up, so we recommend a smart-casual look!
- I registered but can no longer attend, what should I do?
Please send us message! Spaces are limited and we want to make sure another Laadli has the chance to join if you’re unable to attend.
