You're already using AI to chat, write and brainstorm. This workshop is about the next step: setting AI up as part of how your business actually runs.

Over four hands-on hours you'll connect ChatGPT to your email and calendar, build workflows you'll keep using, and leave with a scheduled task running in your own account.

This is not a prompting session. You'll build on your own laptop, with your own accounts, using your own work.

WHAT YOU'LL LEAVE WITH

ChatGPT connected to at least two tools you already use, your email and your calendar

Two custom skills built for your own work, starting with an email reply skill

At least one scheduled task running, a daily brief or email triage

A branded document produced from your own material

A fallback approach for anything your IT setup blocks

WHO THIS IS FOR

Small business owners, operators and team leaders who already use AI day to day and are ready to move into practical workflows. No coding or automation experience needed.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

Please read this properly. We check these at the door.

A paid ChatGPT account. Around $20 USD for the month. Without one we can't get you through the build.

A fully charged laptop and charger

Willingness to connect your email and calendar during the session

Admin or IT approval if your workplace requires it

Bring internal documents: brand or tone guidelines, service brochures, process and delivery docs. Anything that gives AI context about how you work, not just what you show customers.

INCLUDED

Afternoon tea.

Facilitated by Yolanda Sam, simplefy.ai.
