Abi Mapúa is a social designer and sustainability advocate specializing in experience design for impact. As Founding Director of HIFI at De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde and Co-Founder of KindMind, she helps organizations create meaningful, life-centered experiences that drive business value and collective wellbeing.
With Kaospilot's Experience Partner for the Phillipines, Abi has helped tourism operators design transformative experiences that connect travellers with local communities in authentic, sustainable ways.
Laetitia Da Costa
Laetitia is a Product Manager at Japan Experience, a travel agency specialising in Japan. In addition to curating and selling tours and cultural activities for inbound travellers, Laetitia collaborates directly with local communities to develop travel experiences and attract visitors to their regions. She also currently serves as a producer for the Japanese Cabinet office government’s “Cool Japan” program.The Cool Japan strategy is a longstanding initiative to promote Japanese culture around the globe and reinforce the ties between Japan and its fans abroad. She is an alumni of the Kaospilot Experience Design program in Denmark.
Trixie Odiamar
Through Isarog Beauty Botanics which she founded, Trixie is able to showcase the beauty of Pili Oil, of Bikol and Mt Isarog and help people to discover the potency of Nature. As the President of the TAO Hospitality Collective, she aims to showcase Bikolano Hospitality and The Beauty of Mount Isarog. With a background in international development, women's health and sustainable tourism, Trixie joined the Kaospilot Experience Design program in the Philippines as part of her journey to welcome you soon to the Isarog Highlands where boundless experiences with nature awaits.
Angelica (Kylie) Misa
Kylie is an experience designer, strategist, entrepreneur, and creative, intricately weaving together her diverse experiences to create impactful work. She is also one of the co-founders of WVN Living, a women-owned enterprise that works with artisan communities in the Philippines to co-create handmade lifestyle products in the hope of supporting local artisans and sustaining living traditions. She is an alumni of the Kaospilot Experience Design program in the Philippines and is using her new skills to shape Ginhawa Experiences which places well-being at the centre of authentic and meaningful experiences with the community
