This isn’t just about success stories — it’s about real-life resilience, the juggle of business, family, and community, and the moments that spark growth. Our guest panel , Annabelle Homer, Kathy Ottens, Claire Catford and Emma Gilbert will share honest insights, practical tips, and routines that make a difference - view the panellists bios here. Come for the conversation, stay for the connections, and leave with fresh confidence to take your next step — beyond the paddock.

Can’t make the entire session? Join the panel session and networking at anytime that suits you, visit Rabobank throughout the Field Days at site 955 Bute Road, or WoTL at www.wotl.com.au and find other ways to connect with our community.
