Event Description:
Join us for a relaxed and powerful sunset gathering dedicated to endometriosis and pelvic pain at the stunning Broome Surf Live Saving Club. This community event is designed to share practical tools, uplifting insights, and supportive conversations that help you reconnect with your body, your breath, and your community.

Hear from a panel of leading experts as they each share the top three things they wish everyone with endometriosis or pelvic pain knew, including:
• Dr Lauren Kite (Gynaecologist)
• Chelsea Schapel (Pelvic Physiotherapist)
• A Women’s Health Dietitian
• A Women’s Health Psychologist

We’ll finish the evening with a 5min segment with a couple of breathing exercises and simple poses (no need to bring a yoga mat or activewear) led by Women’s Health Yoga Instructor, Monique Ellis (YogaMon).

This event is supported by WA Health and aims to raise awareness, share evidence-based insights, and empower those living with pain through connection and care.

All are welcome, especially those with lived experience of pelvic pain and endometriosis, but of course also the parents, partners, brothers, and supporters of people with pelvic pain or endometriosis (~14-20% of women and people assigned female at birth).

In order to maximise inclusivity, we will also record the session, and share this recording with those that register for a 'Receive the Recording' ticket.
