Welcome to The Change Collective!
An exclusive brunch series for female leaders in the for-purpose sector to connect, share stories, and celebrate wins. Together, we’re building a collective voice for women driving meaningful change.

In this new session — "Beyond the Passion Tax: Claiming Your Worth & Negotiating with Confidence"— we're unpacking the art and psychology of negotiation. In the for-purpose sector, women are extraordinary at advocating for their communities, their causes, and their teams. But when it comes to advocating for ourselves — whether negotiating a package for a new role, asking for a long-overdue review, or pushing for the resources you need to succeed — we so often hesitate. It's easy to get caught in the trap of the 'passion tax,' or worry about asking for 'too much.'

We'll discuss how to benchmark your market value, how to step into tough pay conversations without apology, and how to negotiate the full package — from salary and flexibility to professional development and support.

Whether you're eyeing your next step, due for a review, or want to model better self-advocacy for the women you lead, this is a conversation you won't want to miss.

What to expect:

A room full of like-minded female leaders within the for purpose sector
A panel of leaders speaking openly about what negotiation really looks like in practice
A selection of delicious sweet and savoury pastries, paired with your choice of coffee or tea
A time to connect and feel energised

If you know of any female colleagues or friends who would benefit from this conversation, feel free to share this link. We’re always excited to welcome new voices to our growing community🤝

We're confident this session will leave you feeling empowered and ready to make a difference.
