About Suzanne Rath:

A leadership and performance coach with a decades-long career as a physiotherapist, endurance athlete & award winning founder of Wellness Embodied, Suzanne brings a unique blend of expertise, business acumen, and lived experience to every stage.

Her unique ENDURES™ framework empowers people to aim for their most meaningful ambitions- from career promotions to bold life goals and elevating after adversity. Suzanne is someone who has rebuilt from burnout and a life threatening accident, to scale businesses, run ultra- marathons, and cycle across continents- not because she’s extraordinary, but because she got clear on what mattered most and built the courage and resilience to pursue it.
