In this workshop we will:

Bust myths and explore the realities and challenges of having a new baby
Explore proactive steps to prioritize your mental health and your relationship
Learn about postpartum depression (and how it’s probably not what you think)
Create a personalized postpartum plan so that you can be as prepared as possible
