In a culture focused on “stuff”, we sometimes forget to consider the emotional and relational impacts of bringing a baby home. Created for parents-to-be, this workshop will help you to best care for yourself and your partnership in the midst of this life-changing transition. 

In this workshop we will:

• Bust myths and explore the realities and challenges of having a new baby
• Explore proactive steps to prioritize your mental health and your relationship
• Learn about postpartum depression (and how it’s probably not what you think) 
• Create a personalized postpartum plan so that you can be as prepared as possible
