Beyond the Rip
Bring a mate and discover that looking after your mental health:
* doesn't have to involve talking about your feelings
* can be fun
* can happen with your mates
Come along and find out how a simple conversation can put you in the running to win a Burito Surfboard, shaped locally for Beyond the Rip 2023.
We'll have local Sunshine Coast men's groups and services represented as well as an opportunity to hear from blokes who've done it tough and found a way to 'swim out of the rip.'
