Join together for a shared conversation about the elements of grief and loss that live with you. 

The intention of this space is to bring solace and nourishment to heartbroken places by knowing we are not alone in our struggles.  

Open to all people this is a place to be seen, heard and held by community. 

Join us at the 'Old Church' as we sit in circle where we will share our stories and speak our grief. After our shares we will take a brief walk  as part of the afternoons process. 

This group is for people who would like to share grief in a supported space that as a community will grow our understanding of what it is to grieve together and bring light to an emotion that is sometimes kept in the shadows. 

Please wear comfortable clothing , bring water and an open spirit. 

This is not a therapeutic space but a place to be together to find support and meaning through each others words. The intention of the space is not to heal or move our grief away from us, but to relate and feel into an important aspect of all of our lives through care and sharing.
