Write Your Way Through: Creative Writing Workshops on Mental Health & Self-Expression

🌈 What It’s About

Explore your inner world through two creative writing sessions designed to help you explore your inner world through words. Whether you're new to writing or have been journaling for years, these sessions offer a safe and welcoming space to express your thoughts, emotions, and stories around mental health and self-identity. Through guided prompts, group sharing, and gentle exercises, you'll discover new ways to connect with yourself and others—one word at a time.

What we will explore together✨

🌬️ Listening to Your Inner Voice – Through grounding and gentle reflection, tune into the thoughts and emotions that often go unspoken.

🖋️ Writing Without Rules – Let the words flow freely—no filters, no pressure, just you and the page.

💫 Healing Through Expression – Explore how storytelling can soothe, empower, and help make sense of difficult feelings.

🤝 Safe Space for Sharing – Share your writing (if you’d like!) and connect with others through honest, creative expression.

No writing experience needed—just come as you are.

Let’s write, feel, and heal—together. 🌱
