Join me for A 2 hour workshop created to educate, empower and inspire your tween to love, accept and embrace all of who they are..beyond their body image !

This workshop will be hosted in a beautiful bell tent which will be set up and decorated to create a safe sanctuary for the tweens to express, connect and learn the importance of self-love and living a life by how they feel on the inside rather than how they look on the outside.

Highlighting the importance of knowing they are more than a body and that their physical appearance doesn't determine their worth.

The tweens will come together in circle, be guided through meditation and some breathing techniques, use affirmation cards and share stories.

They will also take part in fun and interactive activities, engaging with all of their senses which will allow them to -

Understand the definition of body image.
Have an awareness of how body image plays a role in impacting our mental, emotional and physical health.
How to build a healthy body image and body image resilience.
Understanding that one's physical appearance doesn't determine their self-worth.
How external influences such as social media can impact body image
Gain awareness around the importance of self-love/acceptance and embracing your uniqueness.
Freedom to embrace their bodies as they are and value for what they can do and achieve
Busting the society's beauty standards and body image myth.
Redefining what beauty means.
Cultivating healthy coping mechanisms and habits when struggling with body image or faced with body talk / shaming.
The importance of feeling good in our bodies

How our actions, attitude and comments can affect others on how they feel about their bodies
Living by how we feel on the inside not how we look on the outside
How changing our own habits and actions can have a positive impact on how we feel about our bodies and improve our confidence / self-esteem.
