This is not your Mother's breathwork class! We offer a modern spin on breathwork with relaxing, feel-good techniques and a community that will always welcome you.

The session will include 1 hour of gentle Pilates/mobility, breathwork, somatic exercises and meditation. Everything is beginner friendly with no experience needed.

This week our focus is relaxation & connection (as voted by you) - including some prompted chats with other attendees and tips for connection to your own sense of safety & relaxation. You are welcome to hang around the studio after the class for drinks and chats.

What to bring:

Towel or yoga mat

Wear clothes you can move in

How to find us: Enter the carpark from Pease street or Mayers street and park anywhere. We operate from Studio A gym which you can find on the ground floor hidden behind the gardens closest to Pease street. We will have a purple sign out for you!
