As the pace of change accelerates and complexity grows, the need for intentional pause becomes even more vital. This end-of-year Masterclass offers a gentle space for changemakers to breathe, reflect, and reconnect before stepping into the new year.

Led by Al Jeffery, BFGN’s new Wellbeing Ambassador and founder of Turning Ground, the session invites participants into a nurturing process inspired by the structure of the Bloom Journals (get yours here before 26th October!).

This three-part reflective journey includes:

Hindsight – honouring and harvesting insights from 2025
Insight – tuning in to what matters most in this moment
Foresight – visioning and stewarding your next chapter

Together, these movements create a space for stillness, reconnection, and gentle wayfinding, especially for changemakers who care deeply and are navigating complexity.
