    Want to improve your business practices to have a greater impact for your customers? This 90-minute workshop, hosted by B Lab and i=Change one of our Best for the World™ (BFTW) 2022 honourees, will explore ways to prioritise your customers through your business model and practices.

    Learn how a B Corp achieved a high score for the Customers in the B Impact Assessment and learn practical tips to help your business improve in this area.

    B Lab’s Certification team will also outline the Impact Business Models in this area and how businesses can implement them.

    A question & answer segment will close out the workshop, offering a unique opportunity to ask our Certification team, Business Sustainability Analysts, and a B Corp your questions.
