BGCOMMUNITY - BIRTHDAY BASH AND AWARDS

We are thrilled to announce the second birthday celebration of BGCom (BGCommunity), a vibrant and engaging community that has flourished over the past two years. To commemorate this special occasion and to recognise the incredible talent and creativity within our community, we are hosting an exciting event filled with music, content, and awards at the renowned Ample Cafe.

Date and Time: The event will take place on Friday 22nd September with a start time of 7:00 PM. It promises to be an evening of celebration, entertainment, and recognition.

Venue: Ample Cafe & Bar. 123-129 Howard Street, North Melbourne VIC.

Ticket Cost: $30 Including light canapés - drink provided at bar costs.

Awards: We believe that the heart of BGCommunity lies within its members' talent and contributions. To acknowledge their exceptional work, we have established four awards that BGCommunity members can apply, nominate, and participate in:

• BennyGregs Song of the Year: This award recognises the most outstanding musical composition created by a BGCommunity member over the past year. The song may be in any genre, reflecting the diverse and creative spirit of our community.
• BGCommunity Content Piece of the Year: Celebrating the writers and content creators within the community, this award honours the most remarkable written or multimedia content piece, be it a blog post, artwork, or any other form of expression.
• BGCommunity Video of the Year: Videos have become an essential part of our community, and this award acknowledges the most captivating, inspiring, or entertaining video produced by a BGCommunity member.
• BGCommunity Artist of the Year: This prestigious award recognises an individual who has demonstrated exceptional artistic talent, whether in traditional or digital art forms.

How to Participate: To apply or nominate someone for any of the awards, BGCommunity members can submit their entries through the official BGCom website. A dedicated page is set up for the event, with clear instructions on how to apply, nominate, and partake in the selection process.

Event Highlights: The event will be a night to remember, featuring live music performances focused on showcasing some of the most talented artists within our community. Attendees will have the chance to enjoy good food, mingle with fellow members, and take part in various interactive activities.

Dress Code: The dress code for the evening is semi-formal with a hint of orange, allowing everyone to look their best while remaining comfortable and ready to celebrate.
