We invite you to join the BGS Business Breakfast

TOPIC: Ports, planes, trains: Industrial Property and its role in South East Queensland's future infrastucture.

Market demands for e-commerce facilities, together with a burgeoning infrastructure pipeline, continue to
underpin the strong demand for industrial property within the South East Queensland region.

Last-mile logistics, data centres and multi-level warehousing are causing rapid change and development
amongst the industrial property sector across Australia and globally.

Spurred on by the global pandemic, the industrial property sector has witnessed tightening yields and
record transaction volumes. South East Queensland's market has been no different.

How will South East Queensland's industrial sector continue to cater for this pent up demand?
How can we expect South East Queensland's industrial sector to grow and mature in order to address the
strong appetite for industrial and logistics facilities?
Will the demand and attraction for industrial and logistics property continue to defy broader economic headwinds, such as high interest rates and elevated construction costs?

To unpack the current state of the market, and to hear what is in store for the sector, join us on
Wednesday, 28 August for the BGS Community Business Breakfast to hear from market-leading figures:
