Back by popular demand, we will again be enjoying a variety of wines from Barossa powerhouse Rockford, courtesy of Davis & White.
Enjoy succulent Icon XB Wagyu steak from Smithfield Cattle Co and Paradigm Foods, courtesy of Andrew Shearer-Smith '87 and Tim Harrison '01. Andrew will speak on behalf of Smithfield Cattle Co, sharing his insights on the beef served on the day and the key role Smithfield plays in the development of the cattle.
