Bhumi Yoga
Description
“Bhumi... is the goddess of the Earth in Hinduism.”
This September series is an ode or tribute to the land we have the privilege to live and work on; it is also a recognition of the importance of grounding and connecting not only to ourselves but to one another and Mother Nature. Bhumi literally means earth, ground, mother nature, or land.
We meet Bhumi every Sunday to move through a gentle Yoga practice to reconnect you back to your body, your breath and your prana (your vital life force). Bhumi Yoga is an opportunity to spend time outdoors, grounding and connecting to Mother Nature as well as each other.
You can expect to move through and gentle Vinyasa Practice 50min, 7min Savasana and 15min Journaling and meditation practice. Stay for chai, chats and the beautiful sunset.
