Bibra Lake Festival of Christmas Volunteer 2024

Thank you for registering to volunteer at our FREE Community Christmas Lights Event.

This is our 16th consecutive year of running our Christmas events and we could not do what we do without our generous volunteer army.

Here's what you need to know:

The event starts at 6.00pm and will feature live entertainment, a free professional printed Santa Photo, Multiple photobooths opportunities, a silent disco, glitter tattoos, and a family picnic area with Food Trucks! (If you have children, please register them under attending, not volunteering)

Please arrive at the Centrepoint Bibra Lake at 5pm for a team briefing and set up.

Please wear either a Christmassy red t-shirt or a plain red t-shirt. 

An event briefing and prayer will be held on Wednesday 11th December from 7pm-8pm. An email will be sent out a few days before the event and further instructions will be given on the day.

Please note that by taking part in this event, you grant the event organisers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform an event organiser.
