Girls Rock inspires and empowers women, girls, non-binary, and female-identifying people to participate and progress in mountain biking by providing education, rides, and resources that are supportive, social, fun, and confidence-building for all levels of riders.

Girls Rock is an informal mountain biking group, not a club or race team. There is no membership fee or initiation. To ride with us, we just ask that you register and show up with a bike and helmet! We offer free, no-drop, guided mountain bike rides that are welcoming and open to people of all riding abilities. These rides provide opportunities to connect with other riders in a friendly, supportive environment.
