Join us for a Stretch/Elevate RAP RING workshop designed to support organisations progressing through advanced stages of their reconciliation journey. This session will create space for shared learning, strategic reflection, and strengthening confidence in sustaining long‑term reconciliation commitments.

Hosted in collaboration with Monadelphous, this Stretch/Elevate RAP RING is grounded in connection, cultural learning, and practical guidance. Together, we will explore what mature reconciliation practice looks like in action, how organisations maintain momentum, embed reconciliation across systems and culture, and navigate the complexities that arise as commitments deepen.

This workshop recognises that Stretch and Elevate RAPs require innovation and whole‑of‑organisation alignment. Participants will be supported through shared insights, peer learning, and real‑world examples that help translate reconciliation ambition into sustained, meaningful practice.

Monadelphous will share elements of their reconciliation journey as a case study; offering reflections, learnings, and practical considerations relevant to organisations operating at advanced RAP levels. This session is also an opportunity to connect with other Stretch and Elevate organisations, strengthen your network of reconciliation peers, and build a community of allies who can support and challenge your work.
