Big AL Outdoor — Just Breathe

Four weeks. Four discoveries. One lifelong skill.

A 4-Week Programme for Homeschooling Families

Join The Big AL Foundation for four weeks of outdoor discovery. Explore the power of functional breathing and how breath can support calm, focus and emotional wellbeing.

Set in the beautiful natural environment of Linde Reserve, Stepney, each week introduces a different aspect of functional breathing through interactive activities, gentle movement and practical breathing exercises.

The final 30 minutes of each session will be a relaxed fruit and water break, where families can connect and enjoy their weekly activity booklets or the grounds of the reserve. Younger children will be encouraged to colour and learn the ABCs of calm breathing with Big AL & The Calm Crew, while older children can explore their learning through word searches, questions and fun activities.

Parents and caregivers are encouraged to join in, helping families develop healthy breathing habits they can practise together at home.
