Big Broadmead Spring Clean

Join us for a week-long community clean up as we come together in The Big Broadmead Spring Clean.

From Monday 23 to Sunday 29 March, we are inviting volunteers to help tidy streets, improve green spaces and brighten public areas in one of Bristol’s busiest shopping areas.

You will be welcomed by the Bristol BID team at the Spring Clean Volunteer Hub at Shredenhams (formerly Debenhams) on the Horsefair. Bristol BID staff will have a list of simple tasks and you will be given all the kit you need. Then it’s time to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.

Music and entertainment will keep spirits high and add to the enjoyment of knowing we are making a positive difference.

Choose a time that works for you
We have created a range of time slots throughout the day, including convenient one hour lunchtime sessions as well as longer multi hour slots that are ideal for corporate volunteering days.

Why volunteer?

·        Give back to your community

·        Get some exercise in the fresh air

·        Bring colleagues or friends together and connect with others

·        Support your corporate social responsibility goals

·        Help build pride of place in Broadmead

Could you and your team spare an hour on your lunch break? Bring your friends? Rally your neighbours? Join with your teens for a hands-on way to show them how communities care for the places they use?

Whether you can spare an hour or longer, every helping hand counts.

Sign up for a time slot and be part of the wave of positive change.

Love Bristol, Love Broadmead.
