Description

Good news: this is NOT another AI event telling us we're all losing our jobs.

Instead, we're cutting through the hype to explore how AI can help us do our best work, solve problems that matter and unlock more of our human potential.

At Big Chat: Good AI, you'll hear from leaders using AI in practical, inspiring ways - not just to work faster, but to think bigger, create more impact and tackle challenges that once felt impossible.

Whether you're an AI sceptic, expert, enthusiast or somewhere in between, you'll leave with plenty of inspiration, fresh thinking and useful ideas you can put into practice immediately.

  • Mark Byrne, Founder of Headspring.ai, will share what the best organisations are getting right to use AI to make us better and the surprising lessons emerging from real-world AI transformation. This practical and optimistic session explores how the best organisations are using AI to augment human potential, reshape roles, and create new opportunities -revealing what’s actually working beyond the hype.

  • Aamir Qutub, Co-founder of Agents for Humanity, will showcase how AI is being used to tackle some of humanity's biggest challenges, and provide a first look at the new Agents for Humanity platform, winner of the UN’s AI for Good Prize in Australia.

  • Candice Ong, Principal Strategist at Today will explore what purposeful AI adoption looks like from inside some of Today's latest impact projects, using ethical human-centrered AI principles. Candice will explore how you can enable the richness of human creativity and thoughtfulness to shine, rather than being enfeebled.

  • Noah Yang, CEO of We Are Mobilise will share their hot off the press tech innovation tackling homelessness on a national scale

Together, they'll explore a future where AI doesn't replace human potential - it helps unlock it.

Join us and leave with practical ideas, fresh optimism and a renewed belief in what's possible when human ingenuity is amplified by AI.

Mark Byrne, Founder of Headspring.ai

Founder of Headspring, helping organisations embed AI into the way work gets done. We partner with leaders to align strategy, redesign workflows and create lasting change. Clients include Air New Zealand, RMIT, CPA Australia and Endeavour Group.

Aamir Qutub, Founder of Enterprise Monkey & Co-Founder of Agents for Humanity

Aamir Qutub is a leading Australian AI strategist, keynote speaker, and bestselling author based in Geelong. He is the Founder and CEO of Enterprise Monkey, an established AI consulting, governance, training and development firm that has been helping Australian organisations adopt AI practically and responsibly since 2014.

Aamir is the co-founder of Agents for Humanity, a free open-access platform that mobilises donated AI agents to help the world’s NGOs solve SDG problems. Originally from Aligarh, India, his work is shaped by his late mother’s lifelong mission to educate girls without access to formal schooling, and his father’s continuation of that mission today.

Aamir is also the author of The CEO Who Mocked AI Until It Made Him Millions, and a regular voice on responsible and ethical AI in business.

Candice Ong, Principal Strategist at Today

Candice is an empathetic Principal Strategist and problem-solver with a penchant for driving digital transformation. With a background in product strategy, customer experience and product management, she takes a multi-faceted approach that gets results every time.

Named a past finalist in B&T’s Women Leading Tech awards in the ‘design’ category, Candice is an innovator who tackles complexity and nuance with grace. She takes a human-centred, data-driven approach that helps organisations solve real people problems with value now and into the future.

You can see this through her fearless leadership and advocacy. Notably, Candice helped digitally scale HESTA’s financial advice services so that Australians with barriers to advice could get free round-the-clock access—as so many have gone on to do. True impact, in action.

Noah Yang, CEO & Founder, We Are Mobilise

Noah Yang is the Founder and CEO of We Are Mobilise - a technology-driven charity that has distributed over $4 million to people facing homelessness, supported more than 1,500 people into housing, and built a 50+ partner national charity network spanning every Australian state and territory. All with a team of eight.

We Are Mobilise has deployed Australia's first direct cash transfer programs, backed by the Paul Ramsay Foundation with research from the University of Melbourne. The model applies startup thinking to one of the country's most complex social challenges - technology that turns a process that used to take weeks into same-hour delivery.

Noah started this journey at 20, heading out onto Melbourne's streets with bags of bread after a lecture at Monash University. He built Mobilise alongside a career in management consulting before leaving his job with $6,000 in the bank to go all-in. Six months later, Mobilise partnered with Nedd Brockmann for his run across Australia, and together they have since raised over $9 million across multiple national campaigns.

Mobilise won the Telstra Business Award for Outstanding Growth in Victoria (2025), was the charity partner for the Triple J Hottest 100 Countdown in both 2025 and 2026, and Noah was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list for Social Impact (2026).
