The world needs the leaders of today to evolve so we're able to solve some of the deeply challenging and complex problems for the leaders of tomorrow. Development spend within most organisations sees only a chosen few get access to leadership development and yet, we're seeing a rising demand for leaders of all levels within organisations to step up.

A recent study of roles within an Australian bank saw just this - the report highlighted that what was expected of it's frontline leaders had a 60% match to what was expected at the C-Suite level with almost none of the development budget invested in the former.
