Online Event
Thanks so much for supporting Voices of Mornington Peninsula by purchasing your unique 48 hour pass to our exclusive screening of the Big Deal: Is our democracy for sale? on 3pm Fri 17th Sep until Sun 19th Sep 5pm.
This event will culminate in what's set to be an amazing online Q&A forum this Sunday (Sep19) at 3.00pm. Our host will be lovely local, Tracee Hutchison, with guests: film maker Craig Reucassel; ABC Foreign Correspondent Eric Campbell; and Warringah Independent MP Zali Steggall AOM.
1) FILM VIEWING: To screen the film anytime from 3.00pm today to 3pm Sunday, click on the film link and enter the passed word emailed to you.
Why not make a night of it (a Democracy Dinner!) and support our local restaurants at the same time? Order some take away, grab a drink, settle back in your favourite armchair, log on to the film and get ready to be motivated (as well as enjoy a few laughs at the relevant pranks).
2) Q&A FORUM: To attend the Q&A on Sunday (Sep19) at 3.00pm use the Zoom link emailed to you.
(Please log in at 2.55pm and make sure your microphone is on mute)
After you have watched the film, if you have a question to submit to the Q&A panel, please email it to voicesofmorningtonpeninsula@gmail.com with the title Q&A Question and clearly state the question. During the Q&A, you will be able to ask questions in the chat function (located at the bottom of your zoom screen), MC Tracee and the VMP support team will do their best to ensure we get to as many questions as possible.
We are really excited to see the level of community participation in this event and the growing support for Voices of Mornington Peninsula and its mission to have our community heard and truly represented at all levels of government.
With heartfelt thanks
Your VMP Volunteer Team
PS: Don't forget to wear your VMP t-shirt!
Please note: each ticket purchased equals one viewing license of the film. Multiple viewing beyond ticket purchases will impact the ability of other ticket holders to watch with their ticket. So if you want others in your house to watch it too, please get everyone together and make an event of it, and we know because you're good people you'll respect the film makers and VMP and not share the link further afield.
