Is our democracy for sale?

Feature film "Big Deal" is a wake-up call about the frightening extent to which money has infiltrated politics.

Christiaan Van Vuuren’s (Bondi Hipsters) unlikely journey shows us why we should care, and how we might work together to ensure our democracy is safeguarded from being sold to the highest bidder.

Join us for this special Sydney screening, followed by an audience Q & A with director Craig Reucassel (The Chaser, War on Waste) and Tony Mohr, Campaigns Director, Australian Democracy Network. The Q&A will be led by Dan Ilic (Hungry Beast, a rational fear)

"Van Vuuren subverts the conventions with wit and verve..." The Australian

"A politician offered us a quote, but we couldn't afford it..." Make It a Big Deal
