Big Exhale - CANCELLED
Description
This event has been CANCELLED.
We gather on Wadawurrung Country for the Big Exhale; a one-day retreat style festival for nervous-system repair.
Experience a high-vibe, science-backed, sensory-rich journey blending movement, sound, breath, stillness, and community connection; it’s a full day to reconnect with all the elements of wellness.
Spread across two immersive stages, The Big Top and The Yurt, you’ll roll out your mat for yoga, dive into breath work, switch off with sound journeys, and enjoy live music. All guided by hand-picked, world-class teachers, musicians, and facilitators. It’s a day to exhale deeply, find your rhythm, and share it all with community.
In between yoga sessions and thought provoking talks, head over to the Wellness Village to fully relax and heal the body with a sauna and cold plunge. The Wellness Village is a dedicated space for hands-on healing and full-body restoration. On-site wellness practitioners offer personalised sessions in massage, acupuncture, naturopathy and nutritional medicine, facials, energy work, and other therapeutic modalities — creating intentional, grounded, and transformative one-on-one experiences.
Wander by the Mindful Makers Market, discovering conscious brands, wellness and self-care products and hand-crafted ecofriendly creations.
Whether you’re here to stretch, sweat, clear your head, or simply soak up the atmosphere, Big Exhale is your invitation to pause, connect, explore, and finally exhale.
So come on and exhale with us…
