Join Erin Lee (author, The Little Book of Big Intentions & Founder, The Mindful Yoga School) and feature musician Kate Gadenne for this very special live event of intention setting, mindful yoga, live music, mantra and meditation, inspired by Erin's book, The Little Book of Big Intentions.

This event is suitable for beginners through to advanced yoga practitioners and teachers. Erin offers physical modifications so you can meet yourself where you're at - in the moment.

What you'll experience:

Guidance for cultivating and embodying Kindness, including practical strategies for integrating Kindness into your everyday life
Be guided through a mindful yoga session (incorporating flowing, restorative and yin postures) while soaking up stories and messages of Kindness
Bathe in the angelic live instrumentals and voice of Kate Gadenne (front-woman of the highly-acclaimed Dubarray)
Chant mantras with Kate and Erin, with an intention to feel Kindness within and ripple Kindness out
Soften into to a looong savasana-sound immersion, allowing vibration to ground the heavenly intention of Kindness right down to a cellular level

Arrive at least fifteen minutes before start time to enjoy a blessed cup of chai on arrival! ☕️

About The Little Book of Big Intentions

Erin Lee self-published The Little Book of Big Intentions in 2022 with support from Giving Thanks. After many years of practicing and teaching the virtues of yoga, Erin set about creating a handy go-to book for yoga practitioners and teachers alike to not just intellectualise intention but to embody it - as a way of really feeling meaning and purpose along the ride of life.

This divinely illustrated, 168-page book details 27 intentions including KINDNESS, with inspirational messages and yoga postures for each.

Erin Lee is a yoga, mindfulness and meditation teacher - and author, based on the Sunshine Coast, Australia. She founded The Mindful Yoga School in 2020 and leads yoga teacher training, meditation and mindfulness teacher training programs, as well as retreats and other offerings. You'll also find her offerings at heart-centred festivals such as PranaFest, OmFest, Woodford Folk Festival and more initiatives with Love, Wellbeing and Connection at their core.

Kate is best known as the dynamic and charismatic front woman of Dubarray - an Australian act nominated for a range of music awards, offering uplifting, soulful, euphoric, ambient, boundary-bending fusion music. In her performances as a solo artist, Kate's voice and instrumentals immediately touch the heart and awaken the soul, with her angelic voice and divine sounds. Kate and Erin have come together as a yoga-live-music duo for the last five years.
