The Enmore Country Club, BTB & Doom Juice are teaming up to bring you a ‘Big Night’ to remember. The gang got together and watched Stanley Tucci’s 1996 cult classic ‘Big Night’ over a couple of cheeky Chiantis. The film got Aussie/Italian Exec chef Cam Voltano’s (BTB/Lowkey) creative juices flowing and everyone agreed to throw one hell of a dinner party.

The ‘Big Night’ will take place on the 28th of April in Kirribilli right under the Harbour Bridge in the northside’s favourite cafe BTB. Voltano has cooked up a storm drawing on traditional Italian recipes with a bit of native flair in true BTB fashion. Think Cacio e pepe (pepperberry) Arancini, a Purslane Caesar, house made Focaccia, a take on the classic Neapolitan ice cream with a trinity consisting of Wattleseed, Davidson Plum & Geraldton Wax. Oh and did we mention the GIANT Meatball? “Maybe it’s Sydney’s biggest yet” said Voltano.

A Big Night wouldn’t be complete without the Enmore Country Club’s signature cocktails. Dynn Szmulewicz (Enmore Country Club) said “Our cocktail list draws inspiration from the 70’s and 80’s, re-imagined old favourites that have a great synergy with what they’re cooking up over at BTB”. This is North Sydney’s first chance to try the ECC’s famous boozy Cherry Cola.

To cap it all off Doom Juice’s Creative Director Zac Godbolt will be shaking tins and pouring Doom Juice wines on the night alongside ECC’s Dynn Szmulewicz & Dan McBride and BTB’s Adam Brcic.

The Big Night will be starting at 7PM sharp and with only one sitting, tickets are very limited, the whole crew cannot wait to see you for one hell of a ‘Big Night’.
