Grace & Hugh's Big Ol' Bus Band

The Big Ol’ Bus is rolling back to Avoca Beach Theatre, bringing with it the glitz, burlesque and swingin’ sounds of a big night out in New Orleans!

Internationally-touring festival headliners Grace and Hugh lead a rollicking show featuring 12 performers- powerhouse vocals, a blazing horn section, funky piano, double bass, drums, guitar and spectacular dancing.

Expect classic songs you know and love, Grace and Hugh originals and highlights from Hugh Murray’s songwriting collaborations with Keith Urban, Lou Rawls and members of INXS, Midnight Oil, Cold Chisel and Fleetwood Mac.

Think the raw energy of Joe Cocker’s Mad Dogs and Englishmen meets the swagger of Sinatra’s Live at the Sands. Hugh tears up the piano, while Grace’s soaring vocals raise the roof, moving effortlessly between gospel soul and Louisiana juke-joint grit.

Adding feathers, sequins and airborne thrills are championship-winning burlesque and swing dancer Miss Kelly Ann Doll and her partner, The Tasteless Gentleman.

This show is big, bold and brassy… and you don’t want to miss it. Book early, their last appearance sold out in the blink of an eye!
