Kids Love Music Charity Gig and Auction

Hop on down to the boathouse for a genre-bending spring-time musical adventure!

The Kids Love Music Trust’s annual fundraising concert will get you all shook up with Elvis enthusiasts and local rock band Big Papa taking on The King himself (sorry not you Charles)! Join Wayne, Tony, Pete, Paul and Dave as they take you through the greatest hits of the world’s greatest entertainer! From 8pm. 

Stick around and dance across the decades as Craig and Chris from The Crayons Duo revisit the top tunes from glam rock regent, Elton John. You’ll want to swap out your blue suede shoes for some platforms as you rip up the dancefloor to the songs that defined an era. Good things come in small packages but don’t be fooled, this dynamic duo pack some high octane sounds. From 9 -11pm 

Charity Auction! Our sponsors have provided some great auction items. Whether you want to get away from it all in a flashy car, water blast your place in time for BBQ season, or style-up in a posh pashmina, there’ll be something to put your hand up for! Oh and did we mention that three of our local party candidates are allowing themselves to be auctioned off for a bit of hard yakker! Don't you just love election season! We engage young people in music by providing instruments, lessons and music programme development to primary and intermediate school students who otherwise may not have had the chance.
