Big Toy Swap

Looking for a fun and sustainable way to update your child’s toy box? Join us for a toy swap at Fed Square.

• Bring up to six gently-used toys, games or books that your child no longer plays with.
• Swap them for new-to-you toys.
• Teach your children the value of second-hand and consuming less.
  

This event is suitable for children ages 2-12. To participate you must drop toys off. A maximum of six items per child will be accepted. For each item you drop off, you will receive a token which can be exchanged for another item. 

Please note, toys can be dropped off between 11am and 12:15pm. The toy swap will start at 12:30pm.

Any toys left after the event finishes will be donated to a local charity.

While you're waiting for the swap to start, you can also bring your kids to Earth Protectors, a fun and engaging session designed to teach them how to protect biodiversity while considering the impact of waste and pollution.

The Big Toy Swap is a free, community event empowering families to keep toys out of landfill and in the hands of kids who will love them. 

This event is hosted by Zero Waste Victoria, and is part of the RESET series at Fed Square. It runs alongside our flagship event, the Zero Waste Festival, which promotes sustainable living and encourages attendees to adopt zero-waste practices.
