Bigger Than Bischoff

In 1876 an era unlike any other opened in Tasmania's western regions. It led to one of the biggest mining collapses in Australia's colonial history. This is the story of that collapse, how it paved the way for the Zeehan silver boom, and created the legend of the Tasmania's Wild West. It is also the story of an unforgiving land and the implacable forces of nature that will reduce all who would dare, to their true measure.
