To mark the launch of the British Institute of International and Comparative Law’s (BIICL) Global Toolbox on Corporate Climate Litigation, we invite you to this closed session designed to inform and train users in Australia and Oceania on how to best implement the research and guidelines presented in the Toolbox.

The summit will be presented in two sessions:

Promising directions in corporate climate litigation: This session will feature a general discussion about the nature of corporate climate litigation. It will include reflections on its importance, possible future trends, and the risks and the potential impacts. Featuring:
