Need your bike serviced? Book a free session with Bike-ology!
Bike-ology offers FREE* bike repairs, safety checks, and maintenance tips for UNSW students. Whether it’s a flat tire, brake adjustment, or a quick tune-up, our friendly volunteers are here to help you get back on the road.
If bookings are full, you're still welcome to try your luck and drop by! While we prioritise customers with bookings, we always do our best to accommodate everyone!
Important Information
Service spots are limited, therefore registrations are essential. If you're unable to attend, it is critical that you cancel your registration by contacting us via Humanitix or emailing volunteers@arc.unsw.edu.au as soon as possible to allow other students the opportunity to have their bikes serviced
You can also choose to join the waitlist for your preferred date, but please note that we are unable to guarantee a spot will become available.
In the event that you do not inform us about your cancellation, Arc retains the right to cancel any future service bookings you make with us

Service Booking Information
We are located in the MCIC MakerSpace - Level G, Hilmer Building (E10) by Alumni Lawn
We are open Monday and Friday from 12pm to 2pm (excluding Week 6 and public holidays)
Please aim to arrive at 12pm for the best chance to have your bike serviced

*Please note that our volunteers may use either second-hand or brand-new parts when servicing your bike. These parts may be sold to you at cost price.
