The City of Adelaide Biketober activities can support you to ride your bike or trike more. This FREE guided ride, run by Bike SA, will help build your confidence with a practice cycle to and from city. There will be a stop at a cafe in the city, with a free coffee too! 🚴‍♂️☕

The ride will be at a friendly pace and lycra is entirely optional - come in what you feel comfortable riding in. The route is on quieter streets and cycleways.

Meet Heywood Park, cycle via Rugby-Porter cycleway, through the Park Lands to the Frome cycleway to the city, with a coffee stop and then return to the meeting point.
