Bill Risby's Storytellers

I suddenly realised I was the same age as old people, and I needed to play my compositions to people rather than let them sit in a filing cabinet next to the NRMA renewal forms... Some of these pieces of music are 30+ years old, and whilst my playing back then was questionable, the music stands up well, so I have asked some of my friends (and favourite musicians) to join me in bringing them back to life. I wrote most of them for my band in the 1990s called "The Storytellers". We will be playing some new material too, and some music written in the middle of the whole life crisis. Join us for an elegant, mostly meditative and slightly melancholy night of beautiful sounds.
