BinGO Move Community is an active and fun twist on traditional bingo, where each number drawn is paired with simple movements to music. It’s a great way to stay active, have fun, and support your whole mind and body wellbeing in a safe, social, and interactive setting.

The game can be played seated or standing, making it suitable for a wide range of abilities and comfort levels. Whether you enjoy bingo, want to try some gentle movement, or are simply looking to meet others in the community, this session is for you.

Please wear comfortable clothing and arrive at 9:45 am for a 10:00 am start.
