Bio Writing for Burlesque with Diana Divine

Adelaide-based wordsmith Diana Divine will guide you through the foundations of bio writing over this two-hour workshop. With guides for basic format, wordplay, and sentence structure, you'll collaborate with Di and the rest of the class to create the hype-inducing write up you deserve!

By the end of the workshop, you'll have written a draft of a bio from scratch and be armed with the skills to write new act introductions, competition bios, and to re-write them all as your persona changes.

Supplied by organiser: Worksheets, writing materials, slide show/presentation, chairs, tables.

Students to bring: Notebook or laptop for writing. (Odourless) brain food and nonalcoholic beverages are welcome/encouraged. Students are welcome to bring headphones for the writing breaks.
