This Sunday 8 October we will gently immerse ourselves in the opportunity to sooth our nerves,

dip into the delight of being alive and take some time to explore joy.

After all it is spring, and life is abundant.

I know there is a distinct feeling of unease with the weather all over the place, not to mention all the other commotions big and small.

We all seem to feel a little discombobulated by what is going on around us.

The question is: "Shall we succumb to this or make the choice - the choice to live life deliciously and abundantly with surrender no matter what?"
