Biodanza is a progressive dance and movement system for human development, supporting our innate potential for health and wellbeing. It awakens our vital energy for healthy, pleasurable living through a fusion of music, movement, dance and encounters with other people. Participants commonly leave Biodanza sessions feeling more energetic, content, relaxed and connected with people and life again.

We warmly invite you to join us in our Biodanza series each Wednesday at 6:30 pm. There is a free taster session on 25 October followed by a seven-week series that will help spark your joy.

It's best done each week to build on the progressive benefits, but we understand life doesn't always make that possible. So you can purchase tickets for individual sessions or the discounted full series.

Everyone is welcome and no dance experience is required.

There are no steps to learn and nothing to get right. It is a space for you to enjoy freedom of expression, to connect to your body and be more present with yourself and others.

We start the sessions with a brief introduction followed by a facilitator guided movement class.

Things to Note

It’s a great idea to bring a water bottle and to wear comfortable, layered clothing that you can move in. We don’t wear shoes in Biodanza, so please be prepared to dance barefoot or to wear nonslip socks.
