Biodanza - living with pleasure

The session this week is for those who love Biodanza and have some experience with this system of music, movement and connection.

We will continue our journey through the five lines of vivencia and will explore the magical link between vital-impetus and pleasure.

As we dance we experience mobilising our bodies from the inside out enabling them to become a source of health and the impetus to live.

I look forward to uncovering hidden pleasures within the vivencia with you.

Remember to bring something warm and a water bottle.
