Biodanza in winter - an invitation to integrate and settle.

Integration and transition are the underlying currents of now. As winter settles in self-regulation invites us to welcome in an internal calm. A seeking of a new balance where busyness makes space for contemplation. Shorter days and longer nights bring different circadian rhythms – sleep-ins, a time to read or a late morning walk in the crisp winter air.
