The Elemental Tapestry – A 5 Week Biodanza Journey

Each week we’ll dance with one of the great forces of nature—Earth, Water, Fire, and Air—awakening their gifts within us. In the final week, we weave them together into a living tapestry of harmony, vitality, and connection.

🌿 October 13 Earth – grounding and stability, helping us feel rooted and secure.
💧 October 20 Water – fluidity and emotion, opening us to release, adaptability, and trust.
🔥 October 27 Fire – passion and vitality, igniting our courage, creativity, and joy.
🌬 November 3 Air – breath and expansion, bringing freedom, inspiration, and lightness.
✨ November 10 Integration – uniting all four elements into balance and wholeness.

We dance the elements to reconnect with nature’s rhythms inside us. This journey nourishes body, heart, and soul—strengthening our vitality, deepening emotional expression, and opening us to freedom and joy in movement.

No experience needed—just your body, your breath, and the willingness to dance.
