Through music, movement and connection, Moved by Life is an invitation to awaken your vitality, open your senses and reconnect with the simple pleasure of feeling alive. We will move between our own rhythms and connection with others, allowing the music to guide us into a more present and embodied experience.

Biodanza invites us to rediscover the natural language of the body, listening to music, sensations, our own impulses and the presence of others.

There are no steps to learn and no right way to dance. Just an invitation to listen, feel, connect, and let life move through you.

About Monse

It's with great joy that we welcome the wonderful Monse Mayol for a Biodanza session at the Flourmill Space in September.

Monse is a Chilean psychologist, registered counsellor in Aotearoa New Zealand, flautist, Certified Biodanza SRT Didacta and facilitator.

Since 2012, she has been sharing Biodanza across Chile, New Zealand and Australia, weaving together her love for psychology, music, movement and authentic human connection. Growing up in Latin America has deeply shaped the way Monse facilitates. She brings warmth, playfulness, and heartfelt presence, believing that joy is not something superficial - it is one of the ways we reconnect with life.

Her classes are welcoming, trauma-informed, and deeply human. There is nothing to achieve and no one to become - only an invitation to move, connect, and rediscover the simple joy of feeling alive.
