Changes and transitions are part of the second half of the year. New life appears with spring and there is an urgency that starts to surface. An urgency to finish things up, to prepare for new possibilities, an agitation that needs to be negotiated.

I invite you to join us during this time. Continue to practice Biodanza and find the fluidity, vitality, joy and affectivity to help you negotiate these months.

The sessions are scheduled for every second Sunday from September 15th to October 8th at 4:30 PM at The Yoga Institute in Cammeray. Alan, Joy, and Nicole will be leading the sessions, while Heleen is away in London until the end of October.

We are looking forward to moving with joy and mindfulness through this time!
