Biodiversity Month Wrap Up
Event description
Come and join us in celebrating Biodiversity Month in Lithgow! Hear about the conservation efforts to protect species such as the Regent Honeyeater and ecological communities like Newnes Plateau Shrub Swamp, as well as what is being done to protect the Greater Blue Mountains World Heritage Area. Prizes will be announced for the Great Southern Bio Blitz competition winners, followed by a light dinner.

Children are welcome. All children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.
This event is a collaboration between, and is supported by Local Land Services, Lithgow Oberon Landcare Association and Lithgow Transformation Hub.
The contribution by Lithgow Transformation Hub for the evening falls under the project Regenerating Lithgow – People, Place and Planet - funded by the Commonwealth Government through the Black Summer Bushfire Recovery Grants Program.
